Grünes Thai Curry

für 1 portion

1 tl öl | 1 tl grüne curry paste | 1 kaffir limetten blatt, fein geschnitten | 1 scheibe galgant, zerkleinert | etwa 5 cm zitrongras, zerkleinert | 1 handvoll gemischtes gemüse nach belieben, in mundgerechte stücke geschnitten (aubergine, grüne bohnen, kürbis, zucchini, karotten, zwiebeln …) | 4 el kokosmilch | 6 el wasser | 1/2 el helle sojasoße | 1/2 el dunkle sojasoße | 1 tl braunen zucker | 3 el kokosnussmilch | 3-5 blätter minze oder thai basilikum, fein geschnitten | 1 el kokosnussmilch zum servieren

im wok zuerst die chili paste in dem öl anbraten, kaffir limetten blätter, galgant, zitronengras, 1 handvoll gemischtes gemüse und 4 el kokosnussmilch dazugeben und alles solange köcheln bis es etwas eingedickt ist.
6 el wasser, sojasoßen und zucker einrühren und für weitere 3 minuten köcheln lassen. 3 weitere el kokosnussmilch und minze oder basilikum unterrühren. das curry in eine schüssel geben, 1 el kokosnussmilch darübergeben und zusammen mit reis servieren.

    added a little information? I mean, I don’t want to tell you how to run your blog, however what if you
    added a post title that makes people want more?
    I mean Grünes Thai Curry « we eat fine is kinda boring.

    You might look at Yahoo’s front page and watch how they write article titles to get
    people interested. You might add a related video or a related pic or two to get people interested about everything’ve got to say.
    In my opinion, it would make your blog a little bit more interesting.
