Feldsalat mit Tomaten und Halloumi

für 1

2 grosse handvoll feldsalat | 2 el olivenöl | 1 el balsamico | 1 tl honig | salz, pfeffer | 120 g halloumi | 1 handvoll kürbiskerne | 2-3 el ziegenjoghurt

den feldsalat waschen und trockenschleudern. in ein schraubglas das olivenöl, den balsamico, honig, salz und pfeffer geben und alles kräftig durchschütteln. das dressing mit dem salt mischen. den halloumi in würfel schneiden und in einer beschichteten pfanne goldbraun anbraten. die kürbiskerne mit in die pfanne geben und auch mitanrösten. den salt auf dem teller anrichten und die halloumi, kürbiskernmischung darüber geben. zu guter letzt, den ziegenjoghurt darüber anrichten.
