Zitronenkuchen

seit tagen hab ich unheimlich appetit auf zitronenkuchen, heute am sonnigen sonntag gibts ihn endlich:

für den kuchen: 350 g (volkorn)mehl | 350 g butter | 280 g zucker | 1 päckchen backpulver | 2 zitronen, abrieb und saft | 6 eier
für den guss: 200 g puderzucker | 1 zitrone


alle zutaten für den kuchen in einer küchenmaschicne gut miteineander verrühren. den kuchen in eine runde gefettete oder mit backpapier ausgelegte form geben und bei 150-175° für 35-45 minuten backen, nicht zu braun werden lassen damit er nicht zu trocken wird. puderzucker und zitronensaft verrühren, den kuchen noch heiß mit einer gabel mehrmals anstechen und den guss darüber verteilen, lecker, vielleicht am zweiten tag noch leckerer, weil er dann richtig schön durchziehen kann …
