Sojaschnitzel mit Spitzkohl, Pilzen und Kirschtomaten

heute ein kleineres resteessen, wir haben noch etwas spitzkohl und champignons … und dazu gibts SCHNITZEL!
für 2:
1 kleine stange lauch, in feine ringe geschnitten | 1/2 spitzkohl, grob gehackt | 2 handvoll champignons, geviertelt | 1 handvoll kirschtomaten | 1 zitrone, saft | thymian | rosmarin | 2 sojaschnitzel aus dem reformhaus

den lauch zusammen mit den pilzen anbraten, mit zitronensaft, salz, pfeffer, rosmarin und thymian abschmecken und aus der pfanne nehmen. nun den spitzkohl in etwas olivenöl andünsten und ebenfalls mit salz und pfefer abschmecken. die sojaschnitzel anbraten und zusammen mit dem gemüse anrichten. lecker lunch und danach noch einen joghurt …
