Rote Bete Tagliatelle mit Pesto und Sellerie

1 portion rote bete tagliatelle | basilikum pesto oder bärlauch pesto | 1 stange staudensellerie, julienne geschnitten | olivenöl | parmesan | salz, pfeffer


die staudensellerie-streifen in einer beschichteten pfanne in etwas olivenöl anbraten und mit etwas meersalz abschmecken. die pasta al dente kochen und zusammen mit dem sellerie und ein, zwei, drei klecksen pesto anrichten. mit etwas extra olivenöl bertäufeln und glücklich sein!

tagliatelle alla barbabietola| pesto al basilico o al l´aglio selvatico | 1 gambi di sedano, tagliato alla julienne | olio extra vergine d´oliva | parmigiano | sale e pepe


far saltare il sedano in una padella capace con dell´olio ed aggiustare di sale. cuocere la pasta al dente e condire con sedano e poco pesto. eventualmente aggiungere olio e parmigiano e gustare! fantastico!
