Chinesischer Brokkoli mit Knusperknoblauch, Wing Ting

1 grosse handvoll chinesischen brokkoli, gedünstet | 1 schuss chinesische vegetarische austernsauce | 1-2 knoblauchzehen, fein gehackt

zuerst die knoblauchwürfel in heissem öl knusprig anbraten. die knoblauchchips beiseite stellen und den chinesischen brokkoli in der pfannre rundum anbraten, mit einem guten schuss chinesischer vegetarischer austernsauce abschmecken. den brokkoli mit den knoblauchchips bestreut servieren. yummy!
