Blätterteig-Tomaten Häppchen

1 packet frischer volkornblätterteig | 5-6 tomaten, fein gehackt | 1 schuss olivenöl | 1-2 el parmesan | 1-2 el selbstgemachtes bärlauchpesto oder basilkumpesto

die tomaten mit dem olivenöl und dem parmesan mischen und mit salz und pfeffer abschmecken. den blätterteig in kleine quadtrate schneiden, auf jedes quadrat etwa 1 tl von den tomaten geben und bei 200° etwa 15-20 minuten backen. die qadrate herasunehmen, etwas abkühlen lassen und ein bisschen von dem pesto darauf verteilen. top zum aperitivo!
