Kürbis Hummus

für 1 portion

1 el geröstete sesamsamen | 2 el geröstete cashewkerne | 3-4 el gedünstet oder gebackener kürbis | 1 kleine handvoll korianderblätter | 1 tl gemischte helle und dunkle sojasoße

die sesamsamen und die cashewkerne im mörser zu einer paste zerstossen, kürbis, koriander und sojasoße dazueben und alles zu einer homogenen masse verarbeiten. mit ein paar sesamsamen und korianderblättern anrichten und zu geschnittenem gemüse und oder klebreis servieren.
