Brokkoli-Frischkäse Suppe

für 4

800 g brokkoli | 500 ml gemüsebrühe | 150 g frischkäse | 1 zitrone, saft | 1 prise chili | muskat, gerieben | salz und pfeffer

den brokkoli waschen und etwas kleiner schneiden und in der gemüsebrühe etwa 15 minuten köcheln lassen. den brokkoli in der brühe pürieren, frischkäse, zitronensaft, salz, pfeffer, chili und muskat zugeben und nochmal kurz aufköcheln lassen.
