Bärlauch Pesto

1 Bund Bärlauch | 1 handvoll Pinienkerne | 1 kleine handvoll Pistazienkerne
1 kleine handvoll Kürbiskerne | ca 100 g Parmesan | Rapsöl, Olivenöl
Pfeffer, Meersalz, grobes

Die Kerne in einer beschichteten Pfanne anrösten und abkühlen lassen. Die Kerne im pixer zermahle, die Bärlauchblätter dazugeben, mixen, den Parmesan dazugeben und wiedre mixen. Nach und nach das Rapsöl und auch etwas Olivenöl miteinrühren und mir Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Mhhm.
