Salat mit gebratenen Champignons

für 3

1 roten blattsalat | 1 bund rucola | 3 tomaten | ca. 500 g champignons | parmesan | 1 zitrone, saft | thymian | oregano | olivenöl | balsamico, himbeeressig, akazienhonig, salz, pfeffer

salat waschen und trockenschleudern, tomaten kleinschneide salzen und pfeffern, die champignons putzen und in etwas olivenoel anbraten. die champignon mit etwas zitronensaft und thymian abschmecken. aus 4 el olivenoel, 1el balsamico, 1 el himbeeressig, 1 tl honig salz und pfeffer in einem schraubglas ein dressing schütteln. salat mit dressing mischen, champignons über den salat geben und mit parmesan bestreuen. dazu volkornbaguette.
