Kichererbsen in Joghurtsauce und Tomatensalat

für zwei

1 dose kichererbsen | 250 g naturjoghurt | 5-6 tomaten | garam masala | 1 zitrone | frische korianderblätter | ghee | salz, pfeffer


die kichererbsen unter fliessendem wasser abspülen und abtropfen lassen, in einer pfanne etwas ghee hineingebe und die kichererbsen darin anbraten, mit 1 bis zwei teelöffeln garam masala, salz und pfeffer würze. die kichererbsen von der platte nehmen und 1 bis 2 el naturjoghurt unterrühren. 5-6 tomaten würfeln, mit salz, pfeffer, dem saft einer halben zitrone und kleinghacktem koriander abschmecken. alles zusammen mit naan brot und einem weiter klecks joghurt servieren.
