Schloziger Schoko-Apfelkuchen

500 g säuerliche Äpfel schälen und in Stifte hobeln oder klein schneiden; mit 4 Eßl. Rum tränken; ziehen lassen

250g Margarine oder Butter, 1 Vanillzucker und 250g Zucker schaumig rühren,
langsam 4 Eier zugeben

200g Mehl, 1 Päckchen Backpulver, 125g gehackte Haselnüsse, 2 Eßl. Kakao und 1 Eßl. Zimt unterrühren.

Die Masse in eine Napfkuckenform füllen (Fassungsvermögen 2,5 l mindestens) – ca. 75 Minuten bei 200° backen. Den kalten Kuchen mit Puderzucker bestäuben.
