Maiskolben

hmmh, frische maiskolben sind ja so lecker!
diese woche sind zwie in unserer biokiste und auch ohne grill: fantastisch:

für 2:
2 frische maiskolben | ein ordentliches stück butter | salz, pfeffer


die maiskolben von den blättern und den feinen fäden befreien und in salzwasser etwa 20-25 minuten kochen.
mit butter bestreichen, salzen und pfeffern und reinbeissen! lecker! wer mag, kann die maiskolben nach dem kochen noch in die grillpfanne geben – oder eben auf den grill – wir waren heute dafür einfach zu hungrig
