Panna cotta

für 5

500 g frische sahne | 125 cc milch | 120 g puderzucker | 1 vanille stange | 2 tl agar-agar (vegetarische gelatine)


sahne, vanillestange und zucker in einem topf geben und langsam hitzen. den agar-agar in der sahne auflösen, aber achtung muss die mischung nicht aufkochen! vanilleschote herausnehmen. portionenförmchen kalt ausspülen und die sahnecreme einfüllen. mindenstens 6 stunden kalt stellen.

nach herzenslust garnieren. ich habe erdbeeren gemixt oder frische obst dazu gegeben.
